Perfect little room, large bathroom with a bathtub. Favourable location not far from the bars and restaurants of Kemp Town as well as Close to the shops and absolutely friendly and fairly friendly staff.

The units were airy with cool decor. There is a plenty of supplies like : an electric kettle, central heating and an iron. The location is brilliant and awesome, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Boutique.

I had a lovely stay in a bright and cozy room with a fan, which was a lifesaver. I enjoyed relaxing by the nearby beach and taking in some fresh air along the promenade. it would've been nice to have extra milk for the tea and coffee, so bring some if you can! 😊

The stairs could be steep for some guests, which might be an issue. A second mirror in the room would be handy. A pleasant experience with room for some updates!
